"looking at the 'Y-Axis' Increments or Price difference, today (and as it has been lately) they were only showing 1 Point apart on the 1Minute Chart and 1 Point apart on the 3Minute Chart?"

The 'Y-Axis' Increments are the Prices or the difference between the 'Prices' of any Market or Instrument (as they are otherwise known) that you happen to be looking at.
